New Faculty Seminar: Atomic Layer Engineering for Emerging Applications

The figures of merit of advanced devices based on atomic layers are increasingly limited by imperfections introduced in nanofabrication. In this seminar, I will introduce our work in both additive and subtractive manufacturing methods with vastly improved precision compared to typical approaches. The Wang Lab at Duke University is committed to advancing engineering strategies for atomic layers which can be leveraged for emerging applications.
